The star is the earliest form of a compass.

When I look at this particular card, I immediately think about its number, 13. For me, every odd number is a number of change, while every even number is a number of stability. So I see this as a card of instability, but perhaps also a card of orientation, because the star is the earliest form of a compass. The figure’s gaze goes straight towards it. And then, in the sky, there are flowers, which for me suggest growth.
